Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our injectors' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.00 for a 30-minute appointment or $150 for an appointment that is 60 minutes or more.
Consultations are provided free of charge, but patients that do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation or change to appointment with be charged a fee of $25.00.
Appointments MUST be canceled via phone call and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED via e-mail.

Covid-19 has been devastating to small businesses; as such, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, no matter the reason. If you do not agree with our cancellation policy or the charges that can incur if you miss your appointment, we kindly ask that you do not schedule an appointment with us.
